This high-quality food supplement for children from Nordic Naturals contains high doses of purified deep-sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines. A daily dose of 2 soft capsules contains 680mg total omega-3 and of this 340mg EPA, 245mg DHA and 95mg other omega-3. The essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) cannot be produced by the body itself and must either be supplied with food or supplemented with food supplements. Supplementation is particularly important for people who eat little or no fish.

Directions
Children aged 6-12 years take 2 soft capsules per day with a meal and plenty of water or as recommended by a doctor.
